蘋果炒雞丁

冰箱裡的蘋果放了好久都沒人吃。想把它消除掉,於是做了這道菜。原以為會是道怪怪的甜菜,不料做出來竟就似糖醋般的味道,尚算ok啦。
用青蔥蒜頭爆香,加蘋果略炒+少許水,加雞丁炒熟+醋+糖+鹽+胡椒+青蔥(加好看的)。我的調味幾乎每道菜都差不多,只是多跟少的差別,整個感覺就會不一樣。這道菜,成功!
